ECB's Director for the digital euro, Evelien Witlox, was the keynote speaker of the conference held by Banco de Portugal.
The event also included the participation of the APB's Secretary General, Norberto Rosa, on the panel "New legislative initiatives: challenges and opportunities for the portuguese payments market".
